The cover flap, rotating mechanism and stainless
steel grease filter can be cleaned manually or in a
dishwasher.
Manual cleaning

Use a cleaner and degreaser in one.

Rinse the cover flap, rotating mechanism and stainless
steel grease filter with hot water.

Clean the cover flap, rotating mechanism and
stainless steel grease filter with a soft brush.

Rinse the components well after cleaning.
Cleaning in the dishwasher

Rinse the cover flap, rotating mechanism and stainless
steel grease filter with a rinsing program at maximum
55 °C.

The stainless steel grease filter absorbs the greasy
particles from cooking vapours.

Q
If it is no longer possible to clean the stainless steel
grease filter completely, it must be replaced.

Insert the stainless steel grease filter into the opening
in the cooktop extractor.

Ensure that the stainless steel grease filter is
positioned in the gap in the cooktop extractor
housing; it does not need to be locked into place.

Push the rotating mechanism to the middle of the
cooktop extractor.

Turn the rotating mechanism 90° clockwise.

Lift the rotating mechanism off upwards.
