Solar lights are designed to illuminate gardens, sidewalks, gazebos, etc. Solar lights are environmentally friendly thanks to an integrated solar panel, which in
daylight converts sunlight into electricity, which recharges the built-in battery. The light turns off automatically during the day. The sensor activates when it starts to
darken outside.
IMPORTANT WARNING
1. When placing the VIKING solar light, make sure that daylight can fall on the solar panel.
2. Do not press on the upper part of the solar light (solar panel), as this will damage it.
3. When using the solar LED light for the first �me, please wait un�l the ba�ery has been charged by sunlight, approx. 8 hours.
4. If the light is near ar�ficial ligh�ng, the light will not turn on at all.
5. Resistance to weather condi�ons is IP65, the product is designed for year-round, outdoor use.
BEFORE FIRST USE
The sensor on the solar LED light detects the intensity of the ambient light and only starts if the light intensity is low. Therefore, before using for the first �me,
cover the solar panel with your palm and turn on the solar LED light to test if it works. If the light does not come on, leave it in the sun for min. 8 hours to
recharge the ba�ery. If the light does not come on even a�er charging the ba�ery, contact the manufacturer or an authorized VIKING service center.
WALL INSTALLATION
1. For a solar LED light, choose a suitable place where the impact of sunlight is sufficient and las�ng for as long as possible.
2. Remove the individual parts from the packaging.
3. Fasten the light to a flat surface with the enclosed screws to a moun�ng height of ideally 2 to 2.5 meters above the ground.
4. To ac�vate the VIKING solar LED light, select the desired ligh�ng mode.
5. Sunlight should fall on the light for at least 8 hours before first use (LED light usually needs about 8 hours of sunlight first to charge to full ba�ery capacity).
GROUND INSTALLATION
1. For a solar LED light, choose a suitable place where the impact of sunlight is sufficient and las�ng for as long as possible.
2. Remove the individual parts from the packaging and connect the pin to the solar light.
3. Insert the assembled light into the ground with a pin.
4. Adjust the light angle and direc�on of the solar panel according to your needs (the solar panel should be placed under direct sunlight, adjust it to get more
sunlight).
5. Sunlight should fall on the light for at least 8 hours before first use (LED light usually needs about 8 hours of sunlight first to charge to full ba�ery capacity).
CONTROL
Press the bu�on to ac�vate mode 1. 45% brightness (low light). Press again to switch to mode 2. 100% brightness (strong light).
The light turns off automa�cally during the day. The sensor and the set mode are ac�vated when it starts to dim outside.
The angle of incidence of light is 120 °.
PRODUCT / PACKAGING DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of the product or ba�eries at the end of their useful life as unsorted municipal waste, use separate waste collec�on points. By ensuring this
product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent poten�al nega�ve consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be
caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. The recycling of materials will help to conserve natural resources. For more detailed informa�on about
recycling of this product, please contact your local city office, your household waste disposal service or the shop where you purchased the product.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period is 24 months for the product and 6 months for the ba�ery from the date of sale. The warranty applies to the product only if the product is
used in accordance with the enclosed instruc�ons for use.
If a product defect occurs during the warranty period, the user is en�tled to a free repair at the seller where he purchased the product, provided that it is
demonstrably a manufacturing or material defect. The condi�on for claiming a complaint is the submission of a sales document, which must be provided with
the address and stamp of the seller, the seller's signature and the date of sale.
WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE EXPOSED
1. If the warranty has not been claimed during the warranty period.
2. In case of unprofessional repairs or interven�ons in the product. Repairs and interven�ons to the product may only be performed by an authorized service
center of the dealer.
3. If the product is mechanically or otherwise damaged by the user.
4. The warranty does not cover normal opera�onal wear, defects caused by inten�onal damage, gross negligence in use or if performed by the user
modifica�ons or altera�ons to the product. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or maintenance outside the scope of the
relevant instruc�ons for use.
The importer declares that he is in the register of companies fulfilling the obliga�on of take-back, separate collec�on, processing, use and disposal of electrical
equipment and REMA electrical waste.
