Routine maintenance to be performed
Dust bag (for the user)
Replace the bag when it is 1/3 full and/or when
the machine is not to be used again.
Do not re-use dust bags, use a new replacement
each time.
Belt tension (for the user)
Check the belt tension every 500 hours of operation by proceeding as follows:
1.
Loosen the screws illustrated with the arrows and remove the belt
guard.
2.
Loosen the four screws illustrated by the arrows (two on the front and two on the back of the machine)
that secure the motor the base frame of the machine.
3.
Loosen the screws illustrated by the arrow (on the back of the machine) to move the motor unit as shown
in the figure on the right.
-
moving it forwards loosens the belt
-
moving it towards the back of the machine tightens the belt.
4. After making the adjustment tighten the clamping screws for the motor unit as outlined in numbers 2 and
3.
5. Replace the belt safety guard (see number 1).
