Please notice that high pressure from too much oil/grease will restrict the rotation of the agitator bearing. In such a

case the lubricator nipple must be demounted to release the pressure.

Spreading vanes

●

The vanes must be considered as a wearing part.

●

Change the vanes if they are deformed or if they are worn and have holes.

●

All nuts and bolts of the spreader must be retightened after the first 5 to 8 hours of operation

(see page 11)

NOTE:

The bolts in the central and angle gears are locked with lock-tite and do not need retightening. Stainless

nuts and bolts may fuse together - the thread must be greased with cutting lubricant graphite or copper grease.
