MAX+ position

STD, MAX, MIN, MIC position
1) STD position is recommended in general and covers the most common fertilisers and quantities.
2-3) MAX and MAX+ positions are used in case the STD position exceeds its quantity limits, by the scale
pointer reaching scale 9.0 – Full open. (only possible on M-line)
3) MAX+ setting is a combination of the MAX – outlet position and an additional MAX+ connection rod,
connecting the scale pointer and the outlet shutters of the spreader, gearing up the degree of
movement/flow. MAX+ setting is achieved by moving the rod connection. (only possible on M-line)

4) MIN position is used in case the STD position requires a scale pointer position less than 2.0 – which is
the minimum position for achieving an optimal and constant flow of the fertiliser.

5) MIC position is for micro granular e.g small seeds and slug pellets. This outlet position is only
for operating with the scale pointer at fixed position (Fix Scale) together with a fixed and constant forward
speed. (L15: Optional equipment by use of reduction inserts)
The flow in [Kg/min] appear from the spread chart of the actual fertiliser and the quantity varies depending on the
type implicit shape, size, surface and density of the fertiliser grains.
