M45, M35, L20, L15 calibration with S-Indicator in combination with hydraulic control

Please notice that the fertiliser’s condition can vary from each delivery. It is advised to carry out a new calibration

for each delivery/batch.

It is recommended to carry out three consecutive S-indicator tests and middle the sum with the number of tests into

an average value.

The sample must be representative and carefully selected from the middle / center of the bulk / bag.

Make sure that the S-indicator is vertical positioned and that the inner side of the tarpaulin / cone is absolutely

clean and dry.

Fill the S-indicator with mineral fertiliser

●

Open the shutter and close after precisely 30 seconds. The timing is essential.

●

Weigh the fertiliser collected within an accuracy of +/- 50 gram.

It is recommended to repeat the process to verify the accuracy.

●

Calculate the Flow Factor according to the formula below
