Please see page 21 defining setting according to the spread chart. The STD Calibration value is defined as “K”.
Example:
Setting the Flow-outlet in MAX position – the STD calibration value must be multiplied with a factor of 1,4.
(STD value 22,50 Kg (22,5 x 1,4) = 31,50 Kg = Calibration value at MAX position)
The compensated calibration value must be entered corresponding to the position of the hopper bottom position.
NOTE:
The calibration value must always correspond to the Flow-outlet of the hopper bottom position and the posi

tion of the hopper bottom must be set manually by operator.
M45, M35 with CALIBRATOR ICON
Equipped with CALIBRATOR ICON the spreader is operated according to the instruction book of the
CALIBRATOR ICON.
To make use of the M-line hopper bottom position MAX and MIN, the STD calibration value must manually be com
-
pensated and recalculated as the Flow-outlet position affects the Calibration value, defined by the following factors:
M45, M35 & CALIBRATOR ZURF/ICON setting according to flow-outlet position
The M-line spreader is identical with the MW-line spreader – except for the weighing system and the Full Automatic
Calibration. All other features on the M-line are identical with the MW-line and calibrating the M-line refers to MW
instructions on the previous pages.
