Any of the adjustment devices that could interfere with the user’s movement should not be left projecting. 

 

Turn the switch off and unplug the power cord when the treadmill is not in use. 

 

Incorrect and excessive exercise can harm your health. 

 

Before starting any exercise program consults your physician. This is especially important for individuals over the age of 35 or persons with preexisting 

health problems. Please read all instructions carefully.   

 

The treadmill is tested according to EN 957-1/-6, class HB for home-use with a maximum user weight of 

110 kg

 and is not suitable for therapeutical use. 

This item may only be used in the way described in this manual.
