Reducing speed

Pull the lever repeatedly, arrow

until the

desired speed is reached.
Functions analogous to increasing speed or
accelerating, except that the speed is
decreased.

Deactivating cruise control

Tap the lever upwards or downwards, arrow

In addition, the system is automatically deacti-
vated:

When you brake the vehicle

When you depress the clutch or shift to idle
position in vehicles with manual gearbox

When you move the selector lever to posi-
tion N in vehicles with automatic transmis-
sion

When you drive above or below the set
speed for an extended time, e.g. by press-
ing the accelerator pedal

When you activate DTC or deactivate DSC

When DSC is intervening

Recalling a speed memorised
beforehand

Press the button, arrow

The speed last memorised is recalled and main-
tained.
The memorised speed is displayed briefly in the
instrument cluster.
The memorised speed is deleted as soon as the
ignition is switched off.

Display in the instrument cluster

When you store the currently driven speed or
call up the memorised speed, the respective

speed is displayed briefly in the instrument
cluster.
