12. To prepare the installation site for the navigation computer

Carefully
cut out the insulation mat (50) in the boot
at the rear left along the marked edge (51).
The insulation mat (50) does not have to be
removed in order to cut it out.
When cutting out the insulation mat, make
sure that the cables and lines behind it are
not damaged.

The figure shows the boot at the rear left.
Insert two speed nuts 4.8 (16) into the lateral
traverse (50).
Place the holder for the DSP amplifier (8) onto the
mounting bolt (51).
Then screw on tightly using a plastic nut (17) and
two hexagonal self-tapping screws with washers
4.8x16 (15).

Place a speed nut M5 (13) on to the lug on the
body (50) and another on to the DSP amplifier
holder (8).
Place the navigation computer holder (9) on to the
existing mounting bolt (51) and secure it with a
plastic cap nut (17) and two hexagonal screws with
washers M5x14 (12).
Then clip the cable clip (14) into the navigation
computer holder (9).
