Encryption
•
Encrypt phone
: Tap to encrypt your accounts, settings, downloaded apps and their data, and other files.
Set a numeric PIN or password for encryption. You must enter the password each time you turn on the
device.
You can only decrypt the device by performing a factory reset. Encrypting your device may take more
than an hour. Charge your battery before encrypting, and keep your phone plugged in until encryption
is complete. If not, you may lose some or all of your data.
Passwords

Make passwords visible
: By default, the device hides passwords for security when you enter them. Turn
on this option to make the passwords visible as they are entered.
Device administration
•
Device administrators
: Tap to manage device administrators.
•
Unknown sources
: Turn on this option to allow your device to install or download apps from unknown
sources.
Credential storage
•
Storage type
: Check the storage type for certificates.
•
Trusted credentials
: Tap to enable or disable the trusted system CA certificates.
•
User credentials
: Tap to view and modify stored certificates.
•
Install from SD card
: Tap to install certificates from the SD card.
•
Clear credentials
: Tap to delete all certificates.
Advanced
•
Trust agents
: Tap to enable or disable trust agents.
•
Screen pinning
: Tap to disable or enable screen pinning.
•
Apps with usage access
: Tap to manage which apps are allowed access to app usage data.

Use this setting to manage accounts of your device.
On the Home screen, tap

to add other accounts.

Auto-sync data
to sync the data automatically.
