Hard Disk Drive
This section describes how to replace the HDD (hard disk drive) assembly in a ProxySG 900
Series appliance.
If you are replacing a HDD for your ProxySG 900 appliance, start at “Take the Faulty Hard Disk
Offline” on page 37. If you are upgrading your appliance, start with “ProxySG 900 Upgrade Kit”
on page 36.

Note: The HDDs are hot-swappable; you can remove, replace, or add HDDs while the
appliance remains powered on.
