SCREEN 4: NETWORK
Screen 4 assists the user in creating passive crossovers for woofers and
tweeters by inputing the crossover frequency, the impedance of the driver
(woofer or tweeter), and the desired roll-off slope. Blaupunkt is not
able to supply odd sized inductors and capacitors so we strongly recommend
you contact "Madisound Speaker Components", 8608 University Green, Box

Using the cursor keys, highlight the desired crossover slope, hit ENTER,
and a window will open up asking for the termination load impedance in
ohms (most car speakers are 4 ohms and so BLAUBOX defaults to this).
Type
in the impedance value, hit ENTER, and the highlight bar will jump down
and highlight the desired crossover frequency.
Now, type in the desired
crossover frequency, hit ENTER, and them follow through with the function
key
A schematic drawing will then open up showing a drawing of the
network with the necessary capacitor(s) and coil(s).
