SCREEN 1: ENCLOSURE PERFORMANCE CALCULATION!
PLOT RESPONSE
Here we finally show the predicted frequency response plot of the desired
woofer in the desired box.
You can graphically see not only the frequency
response but also get a feel of efficiency differences.
The more complex
designs take more work to build but the hard work pays off with
the gains in efficiency and typically lower cutoff frequencies.
To use PLOT RESPONSE, highlight this function and hit ENTER.
A window
will open up asking "CRT Plot or Printer Plot".
If CRT is chosen, the
frequency response plot will be drawn on the monitor.
If Printer Plot is
chosen, the frequency response will be sent to the printer.
Print times
will average about 2 minutes per page because of the intense graphic
routines; substantially longer times are likely using a printer.
