Comment 

This  option  allows  determination  of  whether  comments  can  be  more  than  one  line  before  being  sent  to  the 
NSP and Central. If it’s not toggled then comments are sent as soon as ‘enter’ is pressed, otherwise ‘enter’ 
must be pressed twice in succession to send a comment.

This tab allows  setting  up to  five single line preset comments that can be sent at any time by either  navigating to 

Tools->Predefined Comment 

and selecting the comment or by pressing the associated shortcut keys listed next to 

each comment.
