Getting started — Setting the date and time

Installation and Getting Started Guide

After you have finished reading your message, press

ESC

to return to the Messages

screen. Press

ESC

again to return to the Home screen.

Setting the date and time

After you have sent and received your first wireless email message, you should set
your handheld’s date and time so that messages, phone calls, and saved web pages
appear with the correct time stamp.

To set the date and time

On the Home screen, click the

Options

icon. The Device Options screen

appears.

Click

Date/Time

. The Date/Time screen appears. Scroll to the field you would

like to set, then press

SPACE

to scroll through your options.

Note

You can also set the date and time using the desktop software’s Intellisync
tool. Refer to the Intellisync Online Help for more information.
