• Wait for several seconds. It might take a short period of time for your device to receive the

Some email message folders appear dimmed
If you cannot forward email messages from a email message folder, the check box beside the folder
appears dimmed.

I cannot send SMS text messages

• Verify that your service plan supports sending and receiving SMS text messages.
