I cannot connect to a wireless network
1. Try performing one of the following actions:
• Verify that your SIM card is inserted correctly.
• Verify that you have turned on the connection to the wireless network. On the Home screen
or in the application list, click Turn Wireless On.
• If you were traveling and you selected a network manually, your BlackBerry® device remains
connected to that network until you select your home network again. In the device options,
click Network. Set the Network Selection Mode to Automatic.

problem.

1. In the device options, click Status.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Diagnostic.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Run.

3. Click Diagnostic.
4. Highlight a report.
5. Press the Menu key.
