Mailing lists
Create a mailing list
1. In the address book, press the Menu key.
2. Click New Group.
3. Type a name for the mailing list.
4. Click the trackball.
5. Click Add Member.
6. Click a contact.
7. To add another contact, repeat steps 4 through 6.
8. Click the trackball.
9. Click Save Group.
Note: If you create a mailing list, it is not copied to or from your email application.
Change a mailing list
1. In the address book, highlight a mailing list.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Edit Group.
4. Click a contact.
5. Click one of the following menu items:
• Add Member
• Change Member
• Delete Member
6. Click the trackball.
7. Click Save Group.
Note: When you delete members from a mailing list, the contacts remain in the address book.
View a mailing list
1. In the address book, click a mailing list.
To view the details for a contact in the mailing list, click a contact. Click View Member.
Delete a mailing list
1. In the address book, highlight a mailing list.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Delete Group.
