Regular checks
Examine the ACP at regular intervals according to na-
tional regulations.
Check the operating data:
• System control / alarm messages
• Evaporation temperature
• Suction gas temperature
• Condensing temperature
• Discharge gas temperature
• Oil temperature
• Cycling rate
• Current consumption of the compressor
Prepare data protocol.
Also check the following points and perform mainten-
ance work if needed:
• Noises and vibrations
• Oil and/or refrigerant leakage (ammonia odour)
• Oil level in the oil separator and in the collecting ves-
sel of the shaft seal
• Refrigerant level (level in the liquid sight glass)
• Safety-relevant components (pressure limiter, safety
valves, safety and protection devices, etc.)
• Electrical cable connections (check if they are mech-
anically secured)
• Calibration of the sensors
Please refer to the Operating Instructions for the com-
pressor and the pressure vessel for information about
oil change and further maintenance works.

Maintenance
To guarantee a reliable operation of the ACP, you must
observe the following maintenance intervals.
The maintenance works must only be performed by
qualified and authorized staff.
