Solution 1:
How?
Slide upper handle firmly onto lower handle until screw holes are completely aligned
With tool caddy’s flat side facing the machine, feed power cord through tool caddy
Align upper handle screw holes and tool caddy holes
Place hex nut into back of tool caddy and hold in place
Yes, problem solved
In order for the unit to operate the upper handle must be fully inserted into unit as the power switches
for the unit are located in the upper handle. Ensure the handle is pushed all the way into the unit
Insert bolt from front to back of the machine, turning into hex nut until snug. Repeat with second bolt and hex nut.
Insert two screws into lower two holes and tighten until snug. Does the unit have power now?
No, refer customer to an Authorized Service Centre
