Shut down and restart the

TEMPO

Prep

application. Wait

until the backup is completed.
If connection with the server is
still not available after the
backup, call bioMérieux

local bioMérieux

representative.

The card has been placed
upside down on the rack.

Reposition the card correctly on
the rack, prepare a rack for
reading and perform a new
reading (see Preparing a rack
