Bilateral Comparison Test
In a Bilateral Comparison test, the patient stands on one leg in the middle of the platform for a
set time and at a set stability level. The patient performs the same test standing on the other
leg. Clinicians compare data from each test to determine treatments for the weak leg.
Each trial consists of two tests: left leg and right leg. During each trial, patients must hold their
position to keep the cursor in the center.
