Mount the spacer pins (if not pre-assembled) on the expansion card (see
figure 2-2, page 27 ): Place a washer from above onto the corresponding
Phillips screw, fix the screw from below up through the expansion card, and
then mount the spacer pins.

Place the resource card at an angle into the mounting frame. Make sure it
is the right way around (coding).
