5.6.3 How to enter a label

Go to level 2.

Follow the pathway

Home\Archives\Labels

This accesses the labels archive where you can create, copy and edit
the label formats memorized in the machine. The following mask will
appear:

Figure 5.3 - Label archive (citi5012-en.jpg)

Press the

(NEW) key to access a mask where you will be

requested to enter a new label format number. After the label format
number has been entered (numeric data item from 0 to 999999999),

press

and the new label format will be added to the archive.

Now go back to the "Label Archive" mask (Figure 5.4 on page 1-76)
where the newly entered label will be highlighted.
