Access the processing mask, press (DATA MODIFICATION)
and select EXPIRY DATE. Press to access the expiry date
which appears on the screen as it is printed on the label (for example:
11/07/01). In this case, the date print could bve substituted with a
word (for example: July 2001). Use key to confirm in the
PLU the information given in the expiry date. In this case, the
modification will be temporary, never definitive. If you attempt to
save these changes with the (SAVE CHANGES) key, a
message indicating that "The date changes will not be saved" will
appear on the screen. Only after you have closed the totals of that
PLU will the expiry date print become the one previously memorized
in the PLU.
3. If the EXPIRY DATE function has been entered in a MACRO, you
can activate the macro function to access the entry or editing function
of a date or word that will never be definitively entered in the PLU.
Only after you have closed the totals of that PLU will the expiry date
print become the one previously memorized in the PLU.
