5.5.4 How to copy a text

To use the

(COPY) key, first highlight the required key and then

press

(COPY). This will access a mask asking you to enter the

new text number. Do this and press

to enter it in the database

of the machine.

5.5.5 How to erase a text

To use the

(CANCEL) key, first explore the list of texts, highlight

the required one and then press

(CANCEL). This will access a

mask asking you to confirm the selected text before it is erased. Do this

and press

to erase the text from the machine's database. Use

the

key to annul the cancellation process and allow the text to

remain memorized.
