Follow the pathway

Home\Archives\Barcode

This accesses the barcodes archive where you can create, copy and
edit the barcode formats memorized in the machine. The following mask
will appear:

Press the

(NEW) key to access a mask where you will be

requested to enter a new barcode number. After the barcode number

has been entered (numeric data item from 0 to 30000), press
and the new barcode will be added to the archive. Now go back to the
"Barcode Archive" mask (Figure 5.20 on page 1-112) where the newly
entered barcode will be highlighted.
