When a file exceeds the maximum permitted
size, the terminal will display a warning that
there is insufficient space available. In this
case, if you still wish to proceed, you will have
to reduce the size of the other files. Care must
be taken when reducing the size of a file, as
this could lead to the loss of data. If the size
reduction affects memory areas which contain
data , these must first be reset before the file
can be resized.
Zero-setting
Product Code, Preset tares, General Total,
Partial Total, Prod. Code Total, Generic
Code Total, Complete Reset
It is possible to reset the contents of the
individual files or reset the memory
completely. The latter operation results in the
loss of all the data stored in the terminal
memory.
11.6.23 Setup Menu/Personalizations/Prints-Customized

Allows you to delete any customized printouts and/or transmissions from
the memory (Delete all).
CAUTION
This operation permanently deletes customized printouts
from memory. To restore them, the terminal must be
reconfigured using the program supplied by the Manufacturer
(see par. 11.6.7 on page 2-63).
