The maximum load capacity of 150 kg
was exceeded.
Do not load the unit with over 150 kg.
Lo
The batteries are almost empty.
Replace the batteries (see page 22 and
31).
The electrical resistance between the
electrodes and the sole of your foot is
too high (e.g. if you have tough cal-
luses).
Repeat the measurement barefoot. If nec-
essary, moisten the soles of your feet
slightly. If necessary, remove the calluses
from the soles of your feet.
The fat percentage is outside the
measurable range (less than 5% or
greater than 50%).
Repeat the measurement barefoot or, if
necessary, moisten the soles of your feet
slightly.
The water percentage is outside the
measurable range (less than 36% or
greater than 70%).
Repeat the measurement barefoot or, if
necessary, moisten the soles of your feet
slightly.
Err
The muscle and bone percentages
are outside the measurable range
(age and gender related).
Repeat the measurement barefoot or, if
necessary, moisten the soles of your feet
slightly.

Remedy
The scale was not activated before
you stood on it. If you step on the
scale before "0.0 KG" is displayed,
the scale will not work correctly.
Activate the scale correctly (wait for "0.0 KG") and repeat
the measurement.
Switch on the control unit first before the measurement. If
necessary, wait 30 seconds, then repeat the measurement.
Cordless connection between scale
and control unit is interrupted.
Briefly remove, then reinsert the batteries of the scale and
the control unit; the scale sends an audible signal when you
insert the batteries.
Maintain a larger distance from the following electromag-
netic sources: high-voltage pylons, television or wireless
computer systems, fitness equipment, mobile phones,
weather stations.
The control unit is too far away from
the scale.
Reduce the distance between the scale and control unit;
maximum distance is 2 metres.
The batteries in the scale are emp-
ty.
Replace the batteries (see page 22).
