REPLACING THE EXHAUST-PIPE

The description of the exhaust-pipe substi-

tution is purely informative; actually is ad-

visable to turn to a BETAMOTOR shop in

order to make this.

As for substitution you must proceed in the

following way:

•

Put the motor-cycle on the stand under the

motor

•

Remove the saddle (vedi pag. 125)

•

Remove the right and the left lateral

bumper (vedi pag. 126).

•

Remove the right back side (vedi pag.

126)

•

Remove the silencer

unscrewing the two

fixing screws

and the spring

united

to the exhaust-pipe

•

Remove all the four fixing screws

(two

on the right and two on the left) of the

loom

•

Release with a screwdriver the coupling-

box filter fixing clamp

•

Disconnect the back plant connectors and

the starting relé cutting the clamp (the

picture on the bottom shows the connec-

tors disposition under the tank)
