7 - Carburettor

Release 00 Date 02/2005

Disassembling the carburettor

NOTE:

The disassembly should be carried out in a clean work-

place with sufficient space to properly arrange all carburettor
components.

– Remove the carburettor and clean it of coarse dirt.

– Loosen the two screws

and remove all breather pipes from

the carburettor.

– Remove the two screws

and remove the throttle valve cov-

er from the carburettor with the related gasket.

– Remove screw

and pull the jet needle out of the throttle

valve.

– Remove screw

– Pull up the throttle valve lever and remove the throttle valve

complete with roller

and the throttle valve plate from the car-

burettor.
