MAKING ICE CREAM OR SORBET

Press the “Add Time” button to add run time at 1-minute increments. Select a time between 20 and 40

minutes depending on your recipe.

Press the “Start/Stop” button to start the machine. The timer will begin to count down.

Important: The machine must be switched on

before

adding the ice cream or sorbet mix to prevent the mix

from freezing on the inner bowl.
