Carefully lift the Handlebar Post (68) until it is vertical and slide onto
it the Rubber Ring (64) and the Lower Front Cover (63). Remove the
6 x loosely fitted M8 x 20mm Allen Bolts (66), M8 Spring Washers
(67) and M8 Curved Washers (10) from the Main Frame (36).
Connect together the Upper and Lower Tension Cables (see Fig. A)
A-1. Slot the end of the Upper Tension Cable (69) into the recess in
the Lower Tension Cable (62).
A-2. Firmly pull on the Upper Tension Cable (69).
A-3. Position the RED Cable Adjuster into the slotted opening of the
formed plastic bracket at the end of the Lower Tension Cable (62)
and release.
Connect together the Upper Computer Cable (65) and the Sensor
Cable (61) as shown in Fig. B.
Position the Handlebar Post (68) onto the Main Frame (36) and
loosely re-insert the 6 x previously removed Allen Bolts, Spring
Washers and Curved Washers. Align the Handlebar Post (68) so it is
straight and then fully tighten the Bolts.
Slide down the Lower Front Cover (63) and the Rubber Ring (64)
to finish.
