Place the Rotation Rod (71) into the Handlebar Post (68). Attach the Upper
Handlebars (6L & 6R) onto the Lower Handlebars (11L & 11R) using 4 x M8 x
15mm Allen Bolts (9), 4 x M8 Spring Washers (67) and 4 x M8 Curved Washers
(10) for each Handlebar. Now slide the Left and Right Handlebars onto the
Rotation Rod (71) and secure in place with 1 x Plastic End Cap (51), 1 x Flat
Washer (50) and 1 x M8 x 20mm Coated Allen Bolt (19) for each side.

Now attach the Footplate Support Bars (14L & 14R) by sliding them onto the Cranks (28) and
securing in place with 1 x M8 x 20mm Coated Allen Bolts (19) and 1 x M8 Flat Washer (20) for
each side. Tighten fully. Align the Footplate Support Bars (14L & 14R) with the Lower Handlebars
(11L & 11R) and attach together with 2 x M10 x 80mm Allen Bolts (13), 2 x M10 Flat Washers
(15) and 2 x M10 Nylon Locknuts (16) for each side. Tighten fully.
