Attach the mainsail halyard at the end of the boom and lift it to the horizontal position.

Unwind the mainsail sheet and start to lead it in through the swivelling cleat on the cockpit floor.
Swivelling block on the floor has ratchet function, so make sure you start in the right direction. Check
arrow on the block, which indicates the right direction of the rope.
