andtheblueWORKINGlightwillcycleonandoffaspropercookingtemperature
oftheoilismaintained.SeetheCookingChartforsamplecookingtimes
andtemperatures.
14. Allowfoodstocook.Gentlymovethebasketfromsidetosideonceortwiceduring
cookingtoencourageevenbrowningonallsides.Checkthefood’scookingprogress
throughtheviewingwindow.

16. Usethefrybaskethandletoliftupandremovefrybasketcontainingfood.
DONOTtouchfrybasketwiresastheyareveryhot!
17. Useaheat-resistantlong-handledforkortongstoremovecookedfoodorpourcooked
foodsfromfrybasketontoabsorbentpapertowelstosoakupexcessoil.
18. Replacefrybasketintotheoil.Replacelid,allowunittoreheattodesiredtemperature
andcontinuetodeepfryanotherbatchoffood,ifdesired.
19. Whenallcookingiscomplete,turntheON/OFFtemperaturecontroldialtoOFF;
finishremovingallfriedfoodfromtheoilontoabsorbentpapertowels.
20. Unplugthepolarizedplugfromthewalloutlet,thendetachthecord
fromtheappliancereceptacle.
21. ReplacethelidandallowoilandDeepFryertocool.
WARNING! Oil will remain hot for an extended period of time.
Be sure all parts of the Deep Fryer and the oil have cooled completely before discarding
or storing oil and cleaning the unit.
