Tape Deflector

DEFLECTOR SPRING

MOUNTING SCREW

Requirement

(A) TAPE DEFLECTOR BRACKET

To Check

Check position of deflector tang in

relation to its hole in top plate when

the unit is in its operating position.

Requirement

Deflector tang should be located
centrally in its hole in the top plate.

To Adjust

Remove rear screw which secures
tape deflector spring to the cover

plate.  Loosen  forward  screw.  Posi
tion  tape  deflector.  Replace  rear
screw,  and  tighten  both  forward  and
rear  screws.
