Note

To prevent damage to the tape-out

pin,  position  stop  arm  to  its  lowest  position
and  hold  control  lever  bail  extension  from
feed  wheel  ratchet.

by eye.

Loosen clamp nut and rotate feed wheel

post.

Tape  guideplate  to  rest  firmly  against
a  minimum  of  three  of  the  four  projec
tions  on  side  plates.

To Adjust

Rotate  unit  clutch  to  its  stop  position.
Trip  clutch  to  put  sensing  pins  in  their
highest  positions.  Unlatch  tape  lid  and

place control lever to

position.

Loosen mounting screws and mounting

nuts. Position tape guideplate on reader
