Scope of Delivery
Scope of Delivery
The following components are included in the scope of delivery:

The files for the Forum Voicemail voice menu for user
guidance on the terminals (are included on the Forum 500 /
Forum 5000 product CD).
z
A user guide entitled “Forum Voicemail” (is included in PDF
format on the Forum 500 / Forum 5000 product CD).
Forum 523/524, Forum 525/526, Forum 550/560
To operate Forum Voicemail you require a memory card. The
prompt texts of the voice menus, welcoming texts and closing
texts, and the received messages for the voiceboxes are stored on
the memory card.

With a Forum 523/524 and a Forum 525/526 the Compact
Flash card, installed on the basic module, is used.

With a Forum 550/560 the Compact Flash card, installed on
the central control module (Forum 550 main processor card),
is used.
Forum 5050
In the case of a Forum 5050 communications system, received
messages are stored on the hard disk.
Recording capacity
The maximum recording time for messages depends on the stor-
age capacity of the installed memory card and on how much stor-
age capacity is being used up by other programme packages in
the system (e.g. by the voice portal planning system
Forum 500(0) Auto Attendant ). For a recording capacity of one
hour including the stored announcement texts, 32 MBytes are
required. Each loaded language for the Forum Voicemail voice
menu reduces the maximum available recording time by about
15 minutes.
