NOTE

For the input module 0980 ESL 391-121, the two contacts 2 and 4 are not
required for connecting the actuators’ power supply. However, these two
contacts are connected to each other on the connector and socket side to
enable 5-pin transmission of the power supply to a downstream module.

NOTE

Only use power supply units for the system/sensor and actuator supply that
correspond to PELV (Protective Extra Low Voltage) or SELV (Safety Extra
Low Voltage). Power supplies according to EN 61558-2-6 (transformers) or
EN 60950-1 (switching power supply units) fulfill these requirements.
