7.3  Updating Firmware 

The current firmware versions can be found in the 

Device Summary

 tile in the 

Overview

 tab: 

 

 

 

To upgrade the gateway firmware on the device, perform the following steps:

 

1 

Open the OpEdge configuration webpage.

In the 

Overview

 tab > 

Device Summary

IRMWARE

 to open the 

Change Firmware

 

dialog box.

Drop the 

.tar.gz 

file into the 

Change Firmware 

dialog box or click the

Click

UBMIT

 to upgrade the OpEdge firmware. The installation process takes 

approximately 5 minutes, and automatically reboots the OpEdge.
