How to turn the power on/off 

To  power on the FX Fusion Splicer, press  

  

and hold about 1 second with the wind 

cover  closed.  After  the  functions,  including  motors,  initialize,  the  screen  displays  the 
following. Splice and heater mode should be selected. The current splice and heater mode 
are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
