Next you will configure a 

Transfer

 step using a Multichannel Pod and a 

Combine

 

step using a Span-8 Pod. If your Biomek FX instrument has only one pod, you only 
need to complete the section for the pod configuration of your instrument; however, if 

you have a dual-pod system with a Multichannel Pod and a Span-8 Pod, you may find 
it useful to complete both sections to get to know the differences between the two 
pods.
