Troubleshooting
the field service representative diagnose and correct the problem,
try to gather as much inform about the situation as you can,
including:
• the diagnostic number and message,
• the operating situation when the diagnostic condition occurred
(such as rotor in use, speed, or load type), and
• any unusual environmental and/or operating conditions (such
as ambient temperature or voltage fluctuations).
