Assemble Instructions 

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is 
fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if 
necessary.    
 
Estimated Assembly Time: 30 minutes. 

 
 

Step 1   

a)    Loosen the two pre-installed bolts on the left front leg 

(O) and allow the 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the 
left front leg (O). Align the holes on the

 

lower cart 

front beam (U) with the extended bolts from the left 
front leg (O). 

b)    Push down on the lower cart front beam (U) until         

it locks into place. Tighten bolts by hand until   
secured. 

c)    Align the holes on upper cart front beam(T) with       

flat washer(CCC), spring washer(BBB), and bolt(AAA)           

until it locks into place. . Tighten bolts by hand   
until secured. 

d)    Repeat the procedure for the right front   

leg (Q). 

e)    Go back and tighten all the bolts. 

Step 2

 

a)

 

Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the right back leg (P) and the left 
back leg (K), and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the legs.   

b)

 

Align the holes on the lower back beam (J) with the extended bolts from 
the right back legs (P) & and left back leg (K).   

c)

 

Pushes down on the lower back beam (J) until it locks into place, then 
tighten all the bolts using screwdriver provided. 

d)

 

Repeat the procedure for the upper back beam (I). 

 

 

 

 
Step 3   

 

a) Loosen the two 

pre-installed bolts on the left back leg and the left front leg, and allow 
1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the legs. Align the holes on the upper 
side beam (V) with the extended two bolts on the legs. Push down on 
the upper side beam until it locks into place; insert one bolt (AAA), 
one spring washer (BBB) and one flat washer (CCC) into each hole on 
the legs. Tighten by hand until secure. 

b) Repeat the procedure for the right upper side beam assembly (V). 
c) Loosen the lower two pre-installed bolts on the left front leg and back 

leg, and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the legs. Align the 
holes on the lower Cart side Panel (W) with the extended two bolts on 
the legs. Push down on the side panel until it locks into place. Tighten 
by hand until secure. Repeat the procedure for the right side panel
