4.5.4 Dos. pumps
The settings for the dosing pumps pH and Rx (optional) are made under Dos. pumps.
A dosing pump Rx for liquid chlorine can be connected optionally to the salt electrolysis system in order to
ensure proper disinfection of the water in times of excessive chlorine consumption.
The settings only apply if the pH option and/or an additional dosing pump for liquid chlorine is installed.
To set, use / to select Dos. pumps and confirm with .
Pump times
Defines the time delay before activation of the pH dosing pump(s) when there is a deviation between
measured value and setpoint.
Here, a delay time can be set for pools with an overflow tank. Normally, good results will be achieved with
a setting of approx. 15 min. If necessary, adjust the system delay time to suit your pool.
Defines the maximum switch-on time of the pH pump, after which the pH alarm (AL3) is activated. This
alarm indicates that although the dosing pump pH was active, it was not possible to reach the pH setpoint
value.
Pump alarm AL3
Defines the reaction of the Salt Relax POWER after activation of the pH alarm (AL3).
Stop: The dosing pump is stopped and the status is indicated in the main menu (AL3).
Ignore: The dosing pump continues operating and no information is issued.
Inform: Information on the status only is shown in the main menu (AL3).
To reset the pH alarm, press for 5 seconds.
Tank signal
This setting determines the response in case of an empty pH/Rx canister.
Stop: The dosing pump is stopped and the status is indicated in the main menu (AL3).
Ignore: The dosing pump continues operating and no information is issued.
Inform: Information on the status only is shown in the main menu (AL3).
Defines whether the connected signal generator in the canister (optional) is open or closed when the
canister is empty.
