Burner and Injectors

Ensure that the glass panel is cold.

Disengage the retaining clamps and lift the

frame away.

Lift the coal bed away from the locating

pins and place to one side.

3

Remove the locating pins
securing the burner to its support
brackets.

4

Disconnect the compression nuts

from  the injectors and carefully
remove the burner to avoid
damaging the pilot assembly.

5

Remove the injectors from the old

burner and fit them into the new burner or

if required fit new injectors (flat end in the
burner) taking care not to over tighten them

in their mountings.

Re-assemble the components in the

reverse order to dismantling.
