NOTICE!
Risk of damage to the equipment due to contamina-

tion

Observe the dimension sheet when installing the flow sensor:

n

For flow sensor with DN 10 to 20

Ä

“Dimensions for flow sensor with DN 10 to 20” on page 98

n

For flow sensor with DN 25 to 50

Ä

“Dimensions for flow sensor with DN 25 to 50” on page 99

1.

Choose a suitable place for installing the flow sensor.

Please note the following requirements for installation:

Ä

5.1  “Prerequisites for installation” on page 31

2.

Make sure that the pipelines are depressurized.

3.

Make sure that no media can escape at the installation site.

4.

Prepare the installation site on the pipeline system for instal-

lation of the flow sensor.

Pay attention to the following:

n

There must be enough space for the flow sensor and the

infeed and outfeed sections at the installation site of the

sensor.

n

The required seals and flanges must be present.

n

Any necessary transition pieces and fittings must also be

present.

n

All connections must be clean.
