5. Tight the union nut according to the procedure of the compression type

fitting manufacturer:

- First rotate the nut fingertight. If necessary tighten the nut by using a

screw-wrench until the measurement tube will
not turn by hand.

- Mark the nut in the 6 o´clock position.

- While holding the fitting body steady with a

screw-wrench tighten the nut with a second
screw-wrench one and one-quarter turns to
the 9 o´clock position.
